Hi Guru's,
I can create incident templates (Both of type SMIT & ZMIT- customized one) from CRM_UI->ITSM--> Create Incident template.
I can also see the number getting created as 800000012 while saving.
The templates are getting created but to my surprise I couldn't able to search the incident template from the below screenshot
Could you please let me know which customization am I missing

My issue resolved after applying note 1649971 which is a bug in solman 7.1 SP4

Hello,
I am sure there is no missing configuration. If you are able to find your ZMIN by transaction ID, then it is all good, and you need to see your filtering or search criteria. Just paly a bit, with the time period if you wnats to find it by date, make it 1-2 days earlier and you will find it.
