Amount in value Contract is not decreasing..

Hi,

I created a value service contract for 100000 usd. Then created an sales order for 20,000 and billing is also done.  

Now when I am creating another sales order with the reference of contract, value should be copied is 80000 which is an open value.

System is coping all the 100000 value which is not correct.

I maintained the Item category Completion Rule as  E which means  ' Item is completed after full target value is referenced '.

Please give some ideas to correct it.

Hi Suresh,

Please make sure you have made the Copy COntrol Setting between the Service Con and Sales Order for the Update Document FLow at item level.

Hi,

I already maintained to update document flow at item level, but still it is same.

apart from  Item category and copy controls are there any settings to control the values.

Is there any user exit to  control it.
