Error WIS_30270

Hi today I start my bo Mobile I have an error WIS_30270.

I test with the administartor rigths there is no Problem. So wen I Test with an not administrator user there is this error.

nows everyone about this problem? The problem is in the webi BO4.0 ant on the mobile bo.

Yesterday there was no problem?

Hi Luc,

Also try running the report on BI launchpad with that non-admin user. If it fails, the issue also might be user rights on universes and connections.

so thanks for helping me, the problem was at the rigths  "access to connections" and "access to the Universes".

So Im happy and I will never seen this Error WIS_30270 😉

Hi Luc,

You need to check if the user has rights on the mobile application.

to do that

login to CMC usinga administrator

go to applications>SAP Businessobjects Mobile

assign appropriate access for the user or group

check the issue

I have check the if the user have the permissions.

The user have the Mobile rigths

Mobile General General View objects

Application SAP BusinessObjects Mobile Log on to SAP BusinessObjects Mobile application.

Application SAP BusinessObjects Mobile Save documents to the local store of a device.

Application SAP BusinessObjects Mobile Send documents from device as an email.

Application SAP BusinessObjects Mobile Subscribe to document alerts.

Application Web Intelligence Reporting - create and edit report filters and consume input controls

Application Web Intelligence Reporting - create and edit input controls

Application Web Intelligence Reporting - enable formatting

Application Web Intelligence Desktop Interface - enable local data providers

Application Web Intelligence Desktop interface - enable Web Intelligence Desktop

Application Web Intelligence Interfaces - enable Rich Internet Application

at the moment I have give this users the right "Cryptographic Officers" and "Universe Designer Users" so this works at the moment the users. They  can connect to the mobile and can refresh the report.

I think the problem came from import a report form an XI3.1 BO with the migration assistent, I have import only one report , I think one user rigth was lost for refresh the mobile reports.

HI Luc,

thats great!!

what you can do is, you can open the report in webi rich client tool

save it back to repository with a different name

assign appropriate rights as required and check with that report as well

it should work
