Missing Org Data of GRC User Request.

Dear Gurus,

Information under Org Data does not come. By some reasons, LDAP is not used. so just want to use SAP HR data.

I have set required all needed customizations I know.

But it never comes. I can see managerID, personal number, etc from table GRACUSER.

Without setting of Organization structure and LDAP, it is possible to get Org data? if possible, what should I have to check?

What have you done for Data Sources Configuration? You can use LDAP first and then ERP second for HR. There is a configuration parameter that allows you to consider multiple data source (5023 parameter range I think)

Thanks for your helpful information.

I have already set up the all required configurations that I think.

But still I don't see the information.

I wonder if GRC ARM reads the Org Data from GRACUSER or not.

If yes, I would like to know what have to be configured or checked.

To me, LDAP is not a preferred way for this.
