SRM SUS POR rejection notification and status update

Hi all,

We are facing an issue with SRM SUS scenario.

We are using SRM 7.01 and we have implemented SRM SUS scenario.

On SRM side we create a PO and order the same.On Supplier side, supplier confirms all the line items by modifying the

quantity and price.This triggers a PCO work item at SRM side to approve the same.Buyer rejects the POR when there is a huge variance in the

POR.POR status updated as "Out of Date" and there is no updation happens on related link on the POR link.

Moreover the SUS PO status remained as "Confirmed" status.

Is this a standard behaviour?

Hi Priya,

no this is not a correct behavior, if the POR has been rejected an update to SUS via XML message should happen, which should update the SUS PO and change the status. Without system analyzis it would be difficult to tell what the problem is. I suggest to check if you have all relevant notes implemented on component SRM-EBP-PRE, and if still facing the issue open a support message on this component.
