Component Based Message Alerting AS JAVA - No Emails Generated!!

Hello All,

I have configured the Component Based Message Alerting as AS JAVA as per Michail's blog below

But I donot see any messages in the Alert Inbox or my Email Inbox. I checked the AlertConsumerJob, and in the logs it shows 0 alerts had been consumed and aggregated successfully..

Please Advice me how I can troubleshoot this.

HI,

Check whether Enabled option in Alert rule is Yes or No . If it is no you get any alert.

Let one message to fail in  PI then check.

Also check what is the time interval have specified, Give the time interval in Minutes.
