SRM PO in ECC

Hi,

I have created a PO in SRM portal and saved it. Will this PO will transferred to ECC automatically or do we need to explicitly run any program on FM to make this PO created in SRM to be available in ECC.

Please share your ideas.

Hello,

In extended classic scenario, this PO will be transferred automatically.

However, you have to order the PO. If it is in saved status, PO is not ordered yet and it will not be transferred to ECC.

Hi Rafi,

You can create a PO from Shopping cart number directly in ECC using FM "BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL". You just need the GUID of SC which you can get from BBP_PD.

This will escape all the approval levels and create a PO in ECC system directly. Saves you lot of time if you don't want to go through all the SC and PO approval levels.

Hi Mohammed,

PO is transfered to backend from SRM once PO is approved by approver.

Incase of auto approval(No approval required) PO will be transfered immediately to backend.
