how to integrate PK020 activity in POD

Hello,

I would like to set up a POD for packing in ME 6.0 where the packing activity PK020 is supposed to open in one of the fixed panels of the POD.

I created a button for PK020 and assigned PK020 to panel B.

Nevertheless the packing screen always opens in a separate window.

What do I have to do to have it opened in panel B?

PK020 is an older GUI that was not written in the new LSF framework.  This limits where it can be opened.  It must be opened in a new window in 6.0.

what happend to the PACK POD of ME 5.2 then?

Packing activity used to be integrated there.

Hi Ulrike,

The POD itself has been changed in ME 6.0. Not all activities have been converted as Mike mentioned above. It must be WPMF Plug-In (like DC500 for example; there is no such activity type in 5.2) to be opened in POD in ME 6.0.
