Hi All,
We are using Process Integration 7.0 SP09
For Message Archiving i followed the PDF Document which i got from SDN.
Now the configuration is completed, If i schedule the archiving job, job is completing sucessfully.
But no XML Messages getting archived. We defined interface and flagged it for archiving also.
I couldnt able to trace the problem, since no error is reported.
Anyone faced this kind of problem in PI 7.0, Pls help me in this regard
Thanks
Karthik

Hi Karthik,
Please run the report RSXMB_SHOW_REORG_STATUS and see if there are any messages to be archived...

when you did the configuration - 'Define Interfaces for Archiving and Retention Periods' - from SXMB_ADM, what were the values for retention periods that you had given?
My question was that, are there messages in the XI system that are older than the configured retention period...
Thanks,
Renjith.
Hi Renjith
Thanks for your immediate reply
The Retention Period given are
Retention Period for Asynchronous XML Messages in the Database
XML Messages wihtout error awaiting Deletion - 1 Day
XML Messages wihtout error awaiting Archiving - 1 Day
Retention Period for Synchronous XML Messages in the Database
XML Messages wiht error awaiting Deletion - 1 Day
XML Messages wihtout error awaiting Deletion - 0 Day
Retention Period for History Entries in the Database
History Entries for Deleted XML Messages - 7 Days
Then XML Messages in the XI systems are some messages are created today and i have messages which is created last week also.
Thanks
Karthik
