DSD (Direct Store Delivery): assign calendar type to customer

Hello,

We are attempting to use DSD to create visiting plans for customers. At this moment, we are facing the following problem:

- In the "Visit Information" tab, no calendar type is assigned to our customers - what is the procedure to assign a calendar type to a customer? We suppose that data is store in table /DSD/VC_TSTR, but the problem is how to maintain it. Any clues?

Hi Joao,

You can assign the calendar type to customer using the following path:

SPRO-->IMG-->Logistics Execution-->Direct store delivery-->Visit control-->Assign Sales Activity Type and Outcome to Customer Visit Status
