Solution Manager Service Desk Support Team Determination

Hi All!

i configure Service Desk Support Team Determination using this guide: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/202cfee9-7ff5-2d10-a0b5-ff82aa482...

but when in ITSM i create new Incident metod AI_SDK_TEAM_MAIL_DET not work, what should i check?

Anton this is old Technology, i recommend to use BRFPLUS instead of PFAC

Hi Anton

Goto to your action definition and check the rule name it might not be 132* once you confirm then assign the org responsibility as per your condition.

pls check the determination in PFAC if it is working fine.

create a new ticket and check if now your action is called with determination of value
