GRC AC 10 multiple user provisioning

Hi All

We are using GRC AC 10 SP12 - when trying to provision multiple users, the email with password is sent  to all with only password of first user in the list. Other users are not getting their passwords. Notifications for single user requests are working fine. Please suggest

I realise you are on SP12 but I saw this note which seemed a bit familiar

Note 1626046 - UAM: Password is not sent for a multiple user request

Have a look and see if your system has that note already?

Thanks for the suggestion. We checked and the corrections per this note are already available in our system. Any other settings that we need to check?

I have applied note 1626046 and the follow-up note 1727135...now each user gets an email, however it states that there is "No provisioning log available"...and there is a provisioning log available. So the notes fix one issue but create another...<Sigh>

We face the exact same issue after implementing 1727135 . Did you get any other solution or workaround?

Not yet, I started a message with SAP support...no response yet...I will post the response as soon as I get one....

We applied SAP Note # 1833008 per SAP recommendation and it solved the problem

Hey Jack,

We have the same issue and on SP12. We are planning to apply 1626046 and the follow-up note 1727135.

Did 1833008 fix the issue after?
