installing ST-ICO 150_700 0008 SAPK-15078INSTPL, I get RC 8 during import phase with this msg log :

Update and insert sequence failed due to conflicting unique indexes on table IATNODE01 (please read OSS note 626915 for details).

I am having a similar problem, however, in my case, I am upgrading to EHP 701 SP 27 and performing as a support stack using optimizer. I am stalled at MAIN_IMPORT and Error 8 and currently performing SAPK-1507HINSTPL and getting the same error: Update and insert sequence found due to conflicting unique indexes on table IATNODE01 and to follow note 626915. Should I do this as instructed and can you give me direction specifically what I should change in SE11? I am not sure how I can implement the note you provided.

Any help will be well appreciated.
