Automatic Excise Invoice creation in VF01 -Pop- up missing

Dear Gurus,

We have recently updated the support pack levels for our system.We are facing the below changes in VF01 invoice creation.

As per the config we were initially getting the Popup during Billing Document save as below:

Print Excise Invoice in Series Group xxx using J1IP for Billing document xxxxxxx.

But now the above Pop-up doesn't appear.

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

The Automatic Excise Invoice creation setting will be at Logistics General--Tax on Goods movement--india--Basic settings--Maintain Excise Groups--Excise Inv during Billing

May be this setting modified.

The settings are available and not modified.

Excise invoice during billing has been flagged already as per the above.

Currently we are getting the following message: Details are:

Excise invoice created for Billing document XXXXX

Message no. 8I644

Diagnosis

Excise invoice has been created for the billing document automatically. The printing cannot be triggered automatically

Procedure

Please print the Excise invoice using transaction J1IP. You can find your excise invoice by giving the Billing document number in the selection screen.

Dear SR Kumar,

Hope this issue has be posted log back, by now it might be resolved, kindly share the solution on SCN wall as that would be very helpful for us and others, as we have encountered the same problem.

Hi Badani,

We didn't receive any reply from SAP and the ticket was auto closed. We convinced our client that it was due to an patch update .
