Customer sale area configuration

Dear guru's

        While i create customer code in XD01 i getting one error.. the error was sale area is not defined

       But I have configured sale area in IMG (i,e) sale org- ZPRS, channel - 10, division-10.

       And also it is displayed in TVTA tabls eventhogh i getting error when i create customer code after given sale area deatails?

       What i can i do? pl explain

Hi Prasath,

This is a common error which you get if you have more than one DC or Div, for which you need to have common distribution/division channel which can be resolved in IMG-SD-MD. or use T code VOR1/VOR1. Hope this resolve. Thanks Sukant

Pls maintain common distribution channel & common division by using Transaction code VOR1 & VOR2.

Hope you searched forum before asking this basic question

However for resolving this issue you have to make some settings in

VOR1 - Common distribution channel

VOR2- Common Division

Please check and revert
