SAP Afaria Update Strategy for new iOS 7 (and SMP)

Hi all,

I know this discussion maybe early on this time of the year... but with the inminent update of iOS somebody came to me and ask me when the update of SAP Afaria will be release to customer to support the new iOS 7 (which is a little bit different than the current versions of Apple iOS). I guess the new updates for this will be released after the iOS 7 goes out to download on the devices, but i need some guru to confirm. Also i would like to know if this update will affect SMP as well...

Thanks all for the posts and SAP also detailed iOS 7 release plans publicly back on Sept 10 including a new embedded podcast.

Hi All,

I would like to know when will be released a hot fix for Afaria 7 SP 1. Is this release planned to be available for customers who has this SP level installed? or the strategy will be upgrade SP level of afaria to SP3 and then apply the mentioned hotfix?

I will appreciate your comments about this issue

For IOS7 Support already hot fix 7 has been released for Afaria SP3. you can  refer the above link.
