Hi there,

When evaluation pros/cons in adopting the new Bonus Buy transaction RDMBBY01 I came across the fact that Segment E1WPBB06 doesn't get populated correctly (besides the actual 'discount'). Has anyone faced this situation? Thanks!

Hello,

For new bonus buy functionality it is recommended to use the BBY-Enterprise services : RetailIncentiveERPStoreOfferReplicationBulkRequest_Out_V1.

The ES support all the fields whereas the BBY-Idoc cannot cover all fields.

Hi,

I can confirm the answer of Ramkrishna Singh. SAP has not re-designed the BBY-idoc which was used previously for the older BB-functionality. We came across the same issues and OSS also told to us not to use the BBY idoc for the new BB functionality but to use the enterpise service instead.

For us that was not an option (at that moment!), so we had to develop a custom made logic which meets the requirements of the POS system.
