How to configure Service desk in solution manager 7.0 EHP 1

Dear Experts,

I want configure service Desk in solution manger 7.0 EHP1( ST release:400;Level:25; support package: SAPKITL435).Please help me to configure

Dear Prabhaharan,

Kindly follow below steps

1) Maintain SSM_cust table in satellite system

2) Create Business partners and Users

3) copy standard action type from SLFN to ZFLN or ZSFLN

4) configure text determination procedure/support team determination procedure

5) maintain smart form to send mail notification on different events.

Hi Bala,

This version is going to be soon over at the end of year 2013 so old config guide for ehp1 is removed.

But you can still use the latest configuration guide for ITSM and customize your SLFN to ZLFN transaction type

create the master data and org model(support team) and you will be set for setting it up

Hi,

As a startup point, you can go to service.sap.com/rkt-solman--> Select Solution Manager 7.0 EhP 1 --> Navigate to operations with Solution Manager. There you can find few Tutorial fils which can help you configure the same. If you need more info then let me know.
