Charts in NWA

I use NWA to monitor Java System Reports.

In our test system everything is working fine: Nice charts are displayed.

In out productive system the charts are replaced by a picture of a broken pie chart with the text: "Graphics rendering problem".

IGS is set up in ABAP for both systems and are working fine.

No config has been made on J2EE side in either of the systems.

Hi,

if your IGS is set up correctly you may check the IgsUrl parameter in the WD settings. More information is contained in note <a href="http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/704604">704604</a>.
