Dump in tab "Assigned Items"

Help me solve the problem:

When I use

Services -> Search

I have Dump in Initiative in tab "Assigned Items"

But when I open Initiative from dashboard "Portfolio Initiatives" all right.

I guess, it looks like a customer enhancement causes the dump. If the dump persists, please set the break-points and check involved programs, if the one causes dump can be identfified.
