Dear Experts,

We have to receive the faulty material from customer in to our plant for repair. Then the repaired material will be send back to customer.

I have configured this Scenario in SAP as Return & Repair process. while testing

I have created the Repair Order in SD. When I try to save the same am getting the below messages.

Refurbishment Orders are not supported. (When I click on Enter, the following msg. is getting populated)

Error when processing service order.

Below are the overview of Config.

IN SD MODULE

ZRAS –Repair / Service (Copy of RAS)

Utilized the standard item categories.

ZRAL – return Repair Del. (Copy of LR Delivery type)

ZFR – Repair Invoice (Copy of FR Invoice type)

IN CS MODULE

ZRRS – Return Repair Service (Copy of SM03 Order Type)

Assigned ZRRS to Maintenance Plants.

Activated  refurbishment & Service check box in respective customizing area as it’s required.

Maintained Requirement types & Class Determined the same through item categories.

Still am getting this Error.  Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Thanks in Advance.

Rakesh K
