I'm still new with solution manager and was tasked to try and learn the CCLM tool and its capabilities .We have the requirement to use CCLM .
Till now i have been to the following documents
For What is CCLM and what does it do ?

But unable to have a clear idea on how to work on this. I am asked to do these things
1. Identify what CCLM does and list them with explanations
2. Explain each transactions exists under cclm to perform various
3. tasksDocument blueprint steps as to what we need to do in order to activate this.
I am unable to view the files in SAP MARKET PLACE . Please don't post those links for reference.
Please let me know if there are any documents which gives detailed idea about CCLM , config and its working.

The understanding I have for CCLM, is that it is a central point that your developers can review the custom code in the environment across the various landscapes and reduce/reuse/recycle code and optimize various systems.
The starting point for CCLM is to download the library from service market place and upload it into your SolMan; not having access to do so will make starting a CCLM project difficult.
