Hi Gurus,
We are trying to obtain the SRM Configuration Guide from Solution Manager.
We performed all steps indicated into SAP Notes 1230438 and 1580107.
The media files were exported to a folder of my hard disk from our SRM Solman project.
But after execute on my PC the macro SAP_CONFIGURATION_GUIDE into word document CONFIGURATIONGUIDE.COM, we only get the index and the media information is not included in the mentioned word document.
We logged in Solman with language EN and Microsoft word is activated enabling macros and with language EN as default.
We will appreciate any help from yours. Thanks in advance.
