Print on Toshiba e-studio 451c

Dear Experts,

I have new users in my system (ECC6 Ehp3) who want to print documents on a Toshiba e-studio 451c.

I looked for the printer device into sap note 1135105 but e-studio 451c is not in the list.

On the Toshiba website, I found the Sap device type for that printer. I uploaded it and created the printer.

When we use the printer, it is almost correct except the footer last 3 lines which are printed on 3 different pages. If i use a different printer, it is ok.

Is one of you has a idea to fix that?

I would review the device type and ensure that the document you are printing isn't referencing a control code that is triggering the additional 3 lines.
