I need the ability to download the complete library with all content to put onto an external drive for remote places where there is limited client network access. Is there an Ancile tool that would enable me to do this?

you mean to download all the documents that is uploaded to the server ?
RWD uPerform File Migration tool ( batch checkout tool) could do this. But this is no longer supported by
Ancile.
You may need to create sap messages asking for Ancile's help.
