Access sequence for PI01

Hi,

Can i know why PI01 condition type will have an access sequence while other statistical conditions don't have an access sequence?

Hi Bhanu Prakash,

If we need to derive condition record based on VK11 (Pricing Maintenance) automatically in Transaction then Access Sequence has to be assigned to Condition type.

If Condition Record must not be derived from Condition Record but needs to be updated Manually then Access Sequence need not be assigned to Condition Type.

So for PI01 if You want Condition Record to be determined from Condition Record, Access Sequence is updated.

Hello Bhanu,

                     If  a Condition type has an access sequence you would want the value for the same to be fetched from the condition record VK11. No access sequence would imply a manual condition type.

                     Access sequence or no access sequence statistical condition would imply that whatever the value it would not affect the pricing in the sales order. But it possible to have its value in a separate GL.
