After disconnection, there is consumption by the customer illegally. Meter readings are obtained for these meters. There are no MROs, Billing orders generated. How to bill these installations?

Thanks in advance

Hi Mani,

If the disconnection happened, you can recover the charges from his deposit to take care of billing as a work around.

Another way is to reverse the disconnection, you have reads for the illegal consumption, create the MRO manually and do the billing.

See if this can be applicable in your business.

Sachin

Mani:

If there are reads, then there should be billing orders.  Do you have customization in place to prevent this?  Suppression?

bill.

Hi Bill,

Thanks, we do not suppress. So your suggestion of going ahead with MRO should be good to go.
