Hi,

I am unable to import the BASIS 7.0 content TPZ file (XI7_0_SAP_BASIS_7.0025_00) into ESR.

It is showing the importing status for long time and not importing any content into ESR , only SWCV is getting imported.

PFA for the reference.

Someone please help in this regard.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Dinesh

Hi Dinesh,

Try to clear the caches just in case it is locking any objects.

As you are on ESR 7.1, Is it not 7.1 content you need to import, is it on purpose you are importing 7.0 Basis content?

In the Administration page, you can see different caches and their statuses. Please try and clear them all and retry importing.

Thanks

Dixie

Hello Dinesh,

Double check you have the required authorizations to do the import. See note 1536986 How to import PI Content into the ESR for more details.

Hi Smyth,

User is having the authorizations and able to import other standerd content from SMP except this "SAP BASIS 7.0".I have re-imported the tpz and tried but of no use.Is there any other reason why we are not able to import the BASIS content into ESR 7.1.

Hi Dinesh,

Go to the PI start page -> Administration -> Lock Overview. Check if there are any locks here related to the SAP Basis 7.0 import.

Hi Dinesh,

This might happen if there is low heap memory.

try restarting your server and import.

Hi Dinesh,

Refresh the cache using Tcode sxi_cache.

Also Clear Sld Data Cache from menu "Environment" and CPA cache

then try to import.

Thanks,
