Delivery document is showing twice in invoice document flow

Hi ALL

Would you advice why the delivery document is showing twice in invocie docuemnt flow.what can be the reasons/causes

ex..  Order 123-Complted

    delivery:345-completed

    delievry 345-completed

    invocie  678--open.
