Charm in Solution Manager

Dear All,

I would like to understand the concept of CHARM in SAP Solution manager.

please let us know the advantages of config "Charm" in solution manager.

Hi Thiru,

from functional perspective it is used to map entire change management process for a customer...so whatever changes are planning, executing etc can be tracked irrelevant whether they are sap change or non sap change

from technical perspective it allows to you to automate the transport management of sap ....so changes from dev to qa and qa to prd are moved automatically post change manager approval.

Charm is used for effective transport  Management within the landscape.
