Hi friends,
We have got a critical problem in SRM 7.02 while giving approval with approver user.
The customizing steps are all done, R/3 - SRM - NetWeaver connections is ok but standard BBP* trx. codes are missing
Error is shown as below.
What should we control in system? (Basis component, Business Function Activation, etc.???)
Thanks in advance.
Dolunay
Dear Dolunay,
BBPSC* are obsolete in SRM 6+
There is another solution.
Pur yourself as a substitute of approver in the table HRUS_D2.
And make an approval via standard functionality.
THen you can delete your approval.

Hi Konstantin,
Thank you for your support, but the main problem is shown as below.
I can create the shopping carts, purchase orders with no error in portal via web dynpro
But unfortunately i cant see the items in manager's "work overview" screen.
Which part of SRM should be controlled?? (portal auth., web dynpro, portal roles, SAP Notes??)
Thanks in advance.
Dolunay
Hi Dolunay,
as I can see - you have a portal UWL for your tasks - I support your problem in UWL configuration.
1st check if you seen these items via NWBC.
2nd check customizing in SPRO->SAP Supplier Relationship Management->SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Universal Worklist->Object Visualization - you should have your Worklfow Tasks there
Best Regards
Konstantin

Hi Dolunay,
Will you please go to SICF and search for the same as services(BBPSC07) and verify the service is active or not.
If the service is not available please raise it with SAP.
Regards,
Niladri
