Hello, I am searching for a way to get data regarding solution manager servise desk (incident management) in BW.
Are there any standard cubes, datasources available for this?
The goal is to setup KPI reports in BW to monitor:
1. the number of messages
2. the time between opening, closure of the tickets
3. the time between changing status
4. information of the changing of processor
I didn't find much in the solman documentation, there is a list of BI content available, but I don't see anything about content for service desk reporting.

What is your solman version? If 7.1, they you can go through below setup guide to achieve reporting in Service Desk.
