Hi all
My client is doin a customer service and one contract they offer both Service and Spares free of cost for one year
and when they invoice the customer for 70% of base value the service tax is 12% is calculated and for same 70% of the base price the sales tax 5% is calculated and they invoice is sent to customer with both sales and service tax is it possible In std SAP any help will be useful

Hi,
You need to create two separate condition for taxes i.e. sales tax & service tax.
Two separate G/L for taxes.
Assign separate G/L in pricing procedure.
Also go through VKOA settings.

Try to maintain the combination of service tax percentage & sales tax(VAT) percentage in a single tax code.
