How to install adobe livecycle designer9？

My customer encounters a issue when using adobe livecycle designer 9.0. the attached is the screen shots below.

He insert the adobe component to the form and click right button, and select "Edit", the DS popup a error as below:

Try to start NWDS with Administration rights.

Can you start Adobe Livecycle designer stand alone? (program files\adobe\designerxx\formdesigner.exe?)

You can download ALD from the SAP marketplace and install it.

If you can start it standalone, it has been setup correctly.

In my case I have Designer 10.4.

Hi, my customer tested the steps according to your guide and all the things look like good, so the Designer client seems to be installed correctly. Is there any advice to do with this issue? thanks again.
