Hi Harish,
Please note that the activation of DSO will get failed mainly because of the following scenarios.
1. Because of any special character.
2. Becuase of time out error on heavy data's
So go to DSO and click on the activation log button in the manage screen of the DSO.
It will show you the reason for the activation failure. If it is not failed due to special character, just go to process chain and repeat the activation step.
Hope this will solve your issue.
Thanks,
Umashankar

Max_wait time and number of batch process like few so we have did all the settings what they suggested after doing also still issue is persist.
SAP team working on this issue may be by tomorrow they will fix it anyhow i'll update you guys when the issue is resolve what is the reason for failure.
Thanks & Regards,
Harish

Hi Harish,
Please check at dso level, previous requests are active or not. if any old request(s) are inactive, that also may cause this issue. first activate old request and reload new request from source w/o dso and try to activate later.
Please check T Code - RSODSO_SETTINGS, to improve dso activation step.
please check ST22, is there any dump, if yes please share here.
Thanks

Make appropriate parameters in RSODSO_SETTINGS t-code for your DSO. How many BGDs have been assigned for DSO activation? It should be minimum 3 and above..

Hi,
Could you tell your BW SP level and check if there is a dump in st22?
Delete the request and load back and then manually activate if possible

Hi Harish,
This is mainly due to high load on application servers. Wait till processes are free in SM51 and repeat the activation step.
