In PDP Classic scenario is Reservation possible?

Hello,

       Can someone please tell me if it is possible to create a Reservation for the stock items from SOCO by processing an External requirement.

I referred the threads and SAP documentation which says that Reservation can be created from Shopping cart but none is specified if there is any restrictions applied w.r.t. creating Reservation for the External requirement from SOCO.

Please note this query is pertaining to the system SAP SRM 7 EHP2 and ECC 6 EHP 4 versions.

Hi Krishna,

The sourcing application is the main entry point for purchasers to identify sources of supply. Here, you can create:

Purchase orders, Auctions, Contracts & RFxs only.
