results recording valuation problem

Hi gurus,

I have a quantitative MIC with lower limit 1 mm and upper limit 10 mm ( with summarized recording ) and I assined this MIC to operation in inspection plan for a material and sampling procedure is fixed with qty 5 and valuation is automatic. Now I created inspection lot for this material with lot qty 100  and sample size is 5. now during resulting recording i entered the result value as 12 mm ( summarized recording for 5 samples). Now system doing automatic valuation as accept instead of reject. Did i missed any settings so that system do the valuation as reject as 12 mm is out of specification. Can any body help me out.

Set '100 Attributive inspection nonconf. units' or '700 Mean value within tolerance range' for valuation mode in sampling procedure.
