Fields from ECC not the same

Hi! I'm having a problem regarding the consistency on the fields.

from the ECC 6.0 side: works perfectly. the field is not grayed (writable)

from SAP GUI for HTML: the field is grayed (read only)

currently using IE 10, Mozilla 3.0.

what could be the cause of this problem?

is it a browser compatibility?

or ITS version compatibility?

Hi TJ,

You have mentioned that in SAP GUI the fields are disabled. Are you referring the WEB UI here? Because then you need to check the configuration of the the fields in the view. Properties of the fields have to be checked.

Just let me know where you are checking the fields.
