When I schedule the planner activity for Test of Contol Effectiveness or for any manual control the planner status is ending with " Planning" instead completed, hence the workflow is not triggering.
The task specific and Event linkages were in place, however we have deactivated and activated them once again now the issue is fixed. Now the planner is working fine.
