While creating Change Request in Solution Manager Web UI, it showing a pop-up to select the transaction type. We want to show this pop-up, but currently it's not showing the proper description for the transaction types. Please see the screenshots given below. It will be helpful if someone can suggest how to configure this. From personalize menu is also it's not showing any other fields to choose.
