Help on Test Plan Error on Solution Manager 7.1 Last SP versions sap_basis level 11 sap_ABA level 11

Never had any kind of this problem before on making test plans on other companies, this company told me this is the latest updated of solution management.

When i go to transaction STWB_2 on SAP solution management to create a test plan i get an error on the screen to select transactions cant select them and when i click on test plan i get the error...i even made some test cases to see if it would work but it still getting the same error.

The print file of the error is attached, anyone knows what it could be?

Can it be something wrong with logical system? or basis configuration?

Hope while creating the Test PLan, you might have included the options "with Transactions" or "only released test documents" in settings and assuming that your project already holds transactions and test cases. In such cases, please select those Business process/steps, which holds those objects, to be included as a part of this Test plan. And then when you generate the Test Plan, the Test plan will be generated with those object list.
