Hi,

Is it possible to define a custom field in BOP filter ?

The field is defined as a z-field on ECC side which needs to be part of the BOP filter in APO.

The z-field is part of the sales order.

RS

Hi YR,

Check SAP note no. 376773 for this, should help you.

Note 376773 - UserExit EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLBOP_FILT_010

Hi Sourabh,

Thanks for the reply.

The field is added to BOP filter. But the sales orders are not getting filtered as per the values selected for the field.

anything missing ?

e.g. any table in APO where the sales order related information is stored and the field gets linked to that sales order ?

Refer the SAP Note Note 174969 - Rule determination does not work for numeric field values.

This note details how to get custom fields (which are not part of the field catalog) from ECC to APO. These custom fields will be linked to the sales orders and will be visible in the table /sapapo/sdfield.

You can then refer this table in the  BOP filter userexit  EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLBOP_FILT_010.

Hi Yogesh

For existing orders you will have to CIF them again so that the fields gets transferred to APO.

For new orders it should come immediately

If you still don't see them, put a breakpoint on the ECC user exit and see what's wrong with it.

Mitesh.
