Rounding off condition type DIFF is only active by entering order header

Hey Guys:

Need your input on this strange case:

I have DIFF config in pricing procedure, req = 13, CalType = 14, base =4, and Mandatory.

DIFF is group condition + item level.

I found it's strange that DIFF is not active unless I go to order header and come out.

Or, I just save order. and Order amount would be adjusted.

Anyone could throw an idea ?

Rg,

Karen

HI Karen Cheng!

Please check in the pricing procedure for your rounding condition type(DIFF), requirement 13, alternate calculation type 16 and alternate base value for calculation 4 is maintained or not.

I guess maintaining those settings will resolve your issue.

Hello Dear,

Little strange..

Did you get the pricing user exists checked if anything special has been added which is triggering this behavior?

let me know, or else we could think of something else.
