JSPM in NW7.3 fails

Hi,

We have found issue while running JSPM tool in NW7.3

JSPM process will be submitted.

Go to http://<host>:5<instance_number>19 and choose Start JSPM Frontend (SDTG

ui) to connect to the GUI Server.
CPF1139:  Job description R3_99 in library R3DX0400 not found.
CPF1338:  Errors occurred on SBMJOB command.
CPC2206:  Ownership of object QZSHSYSTEM in QTEMP type *USRSPC changed.

Notification codes:  (1, GATEWAY_TIMEOUT,  <hostname>)

we checked SAP note 1600846 and updated the parameter  service/protectedwebmethods = DEFAULT but it did not help.

JSPM log says:

Please check the Bootstrap log for errors.

After you follow the second solution of snote 1600846, did you also restart the server?
