Need Tcode to see last sales order or sales order list for list of Material

Hi

I have a list or around 2000 Material for a Plant .

I need to see the date of last sales order or Invoice for these material in one report .

In VA05 i can eneter only single material in one time .

From VBAP i can get but this can not be viewed by users so i need to get it from Tcode not from Table .

Hi

If you don't want to fetch data directly from table then you better create a report in SQVI. For sale order detail join tables VBAK and VBAP. Assign a Tcode to this report and for billing document join tables VRK and VBRP. Using SQVI you can create reports and assign T-codes in less then five minutes

You can see last order date of the customer in Tcode VC/2.

This is customer Fact Sheet and almost at the bottom of the report of each customer, it shows date on which last order and delivery was created for the customer.

VC/2 has multiple selection parameter and you may choose many customers at a time.

However, it is advisable to run VC/2 on very specific parameters else report may take very long time to look into the history of all customers.

Hi,

goto se16 tcode and enter WB2_V_VBRK_VBRP2 (table of both billing doc header and item) so no need of SQVI

enter list of material and date and you will get billing docs

Or WB2_V_VBAK_VBAP2(table of both sales doc header and item)

enter list of material and date and you will get sales docs

Is this tables are automatic populated like VBRK & VBRP or we have to do some settings.

use only SE16

or check for SE11..

You can check with the tcode VA05n for multiple materials selection. based on  organization structure and customer details.

Check the below tcodes.

I checked these SIS reports not given the Date of sales orders , most of them gives consolidated volumes for the month or period .

I need the date with tahe sales order so that i can see on which date i gave the last sales order for the list of Material.

Then add a new field with help of you ABAP'er with that layout. else create a new z report based on your required fields. and assign a tcode to that.
