Hi,
I am trying to understand why we get the following load objects in status SYSFAIL in SMQ2 inbound queue for our SRM system. We have not explicitly triggered an initial load using transaction R3AS, so a bit confused what has created the SYFAIL errors. The logs for the objects are over a month old, and not impacting our system in any way:
Cl. Queue Name Entries
300 R3AD_ATTRIBUTE 627
300 R3AD_BUPA_MAIN 7,604
300 R3AD_CLASS 704
For example the object R3AD_BUPA_MAIN above is for initiating customer records as shown by a brief log showing transaction XD01. We are not connected to any CRM system, so why should this be triggered.
The only objects for which we have explicitly triggered initial loads for in our SRM system are:
· DNL_CUST_BASIS3
· DNL_CUST_PROD1
The purpose now is to try to understand the SYSFAILs and how they have been triggered, and importantly, how can we stop it from happening again.
Thank you.
In SRM, use tcode R3AC4 to disable the objects BUPA and others.
Regards,
Sushil.
