could you please confirm us that the major BPO correction note implemented in your system, if else you might seen some of the missout like this, please do that.
You can also check the note 1758468 - BPO Dashboards and BP Analytics on SolMan 7.1 SP 7, cause No 17, similar to your case.

If you already perform AKF update to your connector after setting up monitor, please implement note 1806818.
Note 1806818 is most important note for analytic & dashboard.
Make sure you have latest version of this note.
If you have not conducted AKF update after setting up monitor, please conduct AKF update at connector setup area. Until SP9, this has to be done to every time when you add new monitor.
As of SP9, it will be conducted automatically.
