Dear all,

At the time of canceling production order confirmation system is throwing an error-Confirmation was entered in a different application.

Error details-

Confirmation was entered in a different application

Message no. RU199

Diagnosis

The selected confirmation was entered in a different application (Results
Recording).  The confirmation can therefore only be processed in that
application.

Procedure

Process the confirmation using a transaction in application Results
Recording.

For this material insp type-03 & 04 is activated.

Can you pls explain how to cancel this confirmation.

Access existing results through QM transaction and move existing confirmation data.

Select 'No confirmation', then the confirmation will be canceled in background.

can you pls provide specific tcode with flow.I have already tried with qa32/qe51n,in this system is allowing me.

Hi,

Select Lot for which you have done Results recording.

Select required Phase and Mic No. Results Recording screen comes.

Then no need to change Results Recording  just press Save button.

You will find Confirmation POP UP.

Now instead of pressign Final Confirmation press NO Confirmation Tab (As you want to cancel the Confirmation which was already done).

It will cancel the Confirmation.Then go to Order.You will find the change in Operation status it will again change to Rel from CNF.

Hi,

I have already tested with QE51N,After entering lot number & execute,system is showing no data.

I think error due to inspection lot is showing final confirmation,but actually it should be no confirmation.

How to solve with steps.
