I am working in software industry as Process Compliance Engineer (QA) Auditing and facilitating ISO, ISMS and CMMI compliances from past 6 years.

I would like to whether i can make my career into SAP QM by having this background. Appreciate your responses.

Hi,

The all of your IT experience seems to be related with (TQM )Total Quality Management.

But to become SAP QM consultant, you should have business processes knowledge like Inspection for Incoming Material , In-process inspection & Quality inspection at Dispatch..so on.

If you are familiar with these business processes & know required SAP configuration , then it would be easier job for you.

please have a visit to any manufacturing plant. Mingle with Quality management people and observe the Quality process.

If you do not have any an opportunity then, search the Videos for Material management,production and sales quality process simulations in internet.
