I would like to know whether Netweaver Developer Studio is a free downloadable product?
To register in SAP Market place, only license key for company is required?

As far as I know you need to have a valid SAP Developer licence to use it. You can download it from here after you logon: https://nwds.sap.com/swdc/downloads/updates/netweaver/nwds/nw/731/

In order to have a valid SAP Developer licence, either I need to have a Customer Installation Number (which is only licensed clients) or a Partner right?
I believe it is not a free downloadable product.

when it comes to licensing related issues the first thing crosses my mind is the note:
#94998 - Requesting license keys and deleting systems
IF I remember well, in case you have an engine licensed already, then you can use NWDS without any additional licences.
